Get your fix with this smokin' cocktail. Fresh cantaloupe juice, lime juice Reposado, smoked salt and a little sweetness make for your new favorite cocktail.

1/4 Ounce | lime juice |
1 Ounce | cantaloupe juice |
Pinch | Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt |
1 1/2 Ounce | reposado tequila |

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 450 degrees F (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out seeds. Slice one of the cantaloupe halves into wedges. Set aside.

Take the other half, remove rind and cut into 1-inch cubes. Place fruit into a blender, puree and pour through a mesh strainer. Set juice aside.

Coat cantaloupe wedges in tubinado sugar and place on preheated grill. Grill for 3 minutes per side or until grill marks form. Remove from grill, quarter wedges into triangles and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, add Traeger Smoked Simple, lime juice, cantaloupe juice, smoked salt and tequila. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into double rocks glass.

Add ice cubes to zip lock bag and break up with a mallet or heavy object or use ice from fridge with ice crushing capabilities. Add crushed ice to glass until overfilling with ice.

Garnish with a slice of grilled cantaloupe. Enjoy!
