Everyone loves a luau and fresh grilled fish is at the top of the menu. Sweet mahi-mahi makes you feel like you're retreating to the islands.

1 Cup | red onion, sliced |
1 Cup | baby carrots |
1 Cup | Green Beans, flat |
1 Cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 Teaspoon | Traeger Veggie Rub |
1 Teaspoon | Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub |
1 Teaspoon | basil leaves |

Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.

Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Traeger skewers.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set the temperature to 500F and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place kabobs in grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
