Step

  • 1

When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set temperature to 500F. Preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • 2

Trim pork loin of any unwanted silver skin or fat. Using a sharp knife, cut pork loin length wise, into 4 long strips.

  • 3

Lay pork flat, then season with salt, pepper and Cavender's Greek Seasoning.

  • 4

Flip the pork strips over and layer bacon on unseasoned side. Begin tightly rolling the pork strips, with bacon being rolled up on the inside.

  • 5

Secure a skewer all the way through each pork roll to secure it in place. Set the pork rolls down on grill and cook for 15 minutes.
