When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set temperature to 500F. Preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Trim pork loin of any unwanted silver skin or fat. Using a sharp knife, cut pork loin length wise, into 4 long strips.

Lay pork flat, then season with salt, pepper and Cavender's Greek Seasoning.

Flip the pork strips over and layer bacon on unseasoned side. Begin tightly rolling the pork strips, with bacon being rolled up on the inside.

Secure a skewer all the way through each pork roll to secure it in place. Set the pork rolls down on grill and cook for 15 minutes.

Brush Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce over the pork. Turn each skewer over, then coat the other side. Let pork cook for another 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness of your pork. Enjoy!
