3 Pound Snake River Farms Ground Beef or Bison
2 Tablespoon finely chopped shallot
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon yellow mustard
As Needed lettuce, sliced
As Needed Tomatoes, sliced
As Needed Pickles
4 hamburger buns

    Mix meat, shallots, garlic powder, chili powder, and mustard together in a mixing bowl and form into 4 round balls.

    When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
