Garlic Parmesan Grilled Filet Mignon

Garlic Parmesan Grilled Filet Mignon

By Traeger Kitchen

Party animals don't have to eat like animals, give filet mignon a go. It grills up so tender, you'll think it's heavenly, but is really (still) a party in your mouth.

4 filet mignon steaks
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
4 garlic
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

Step

  • 1

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

After 8 minutes total, spread the filets with the Dijon mustard and dip in the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese mixture and place back on the grill for another 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Let rest for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
