Finish off your BBQ with these festive sweet treats. Homemade funfetti cookies are baked on the Traeger, sandwiched together with your favorite ice cream and rolled in rainbow sprinkles.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and egg.

Add the flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time until all flour is incorporated. Add the milk and sprinkles and beat until combined.

Drop 2 tbsp of the dough on a greased cookie sheet, spacing dough 4 inches apart. Flatten the dough with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar to prevent dough from sticking.

Place the cookie sheet in the grill and bake for 8 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are slightly brown. Remove cookies from grill and let cool.

Sandwich your desired amount of ice cream between two cookies, roll the edges in sprinkles and eat immediately. Enjoy!
