24 chicken wings, flats and drumettes separated
12 Ounce Italian dressing
3 Ounce Traeger Chicken Rub
5 Ounce Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce
3 Ounce chili sauce

    Wash all wings and place into resealable bag. Add Italian dressing to the resealable bag containing the wings. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 6 to 12 hours.

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    Remove wings from marinade and shake off excess marinade. Season all sides of the wings with Traeger Chicken Rub and let sit for 15 minutes before putting wings on the Traeger.

    In a small bowl, combine the BBQ and chili sauces. Set aside.

    Cook wings to an internal temperature of 160℉. Remove the wings and toss in chili barbecue sauce.

    Increase the grill temperature to 375℉ and preheat. Once at temperature, place the wings on the Traeger and sear both sides until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.

    Remove the wings from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite side wing dressing or sauce. Enjoy!
