4 Cup berries
12 Tablespoon sugar
1/3 Cup orange juice
2/3 Cup flour
3/4 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Pinch salt
1/2 Cup butter
1 Tablespoon Sugar, raw

    When ready to cook, set grill temperature to 350℉ (180 C) and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    In a 10-inch (25-cm) cast iron or other baking pan, mix together the berries, 4 Tbsp sugar and the orange juice.

    In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix to combine. Gradually fold in the flour mixture.

    Spoon the batter on top of the berries and sprinkle raw sugar on top.

    Bake the cobbler for approximately 35-45 minutes. Cool slightly and serve with whipped cream. Enjoy!
