Enjoy the fruits of your labor, literally with these rich & sweet Traeger baked pears. The natural sugars caramelize to create a fantastic smoky flavored pear dessert.

1/4 Cup | brown sugar |
1/4 Cup | bourbon |
2 Tablespoon | butter, melted |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1/2 Teaspoon | salt |

When ready to cook, set the temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Peel and core the pears. Arrange them in a buttered baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour the bourbon mixture over the pears.

Place the baking dish on the grill grate, close the lid and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pears are fork tender.

Transfer to a serving plate and spoon the caramelized bourbon mixture over the pears.

Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
