main
16 Ounce (16 oz) brie wheel
1/3 Cup honey
1/4 Cup pecans
As Needed Crackers

Step

  • 1

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • 2

Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment or aluminum foil. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice top—the white rind—off the brie. (Le the ave the rind on the sides and bottom intact.)

  • 3

Put the brie, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle nuts on top.

  • 4

Bake the brie until it is soft and oozing, but not melting, 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool for a couple of minutes and transfer to a serving plate.
