When ready to cook start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.
2
For the Bacon: Place the bacon slices directly on the grill grate and cook, turning once or twice, until the desired crispness is reached, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove to a paper-towel lined plate to keep crispy. Snap the bacon slices in half.
4
Reduce the grill temperature to 350 degrees F and place a 10-inch cast iron pan on the lowest grill grate, put the lid down, and allow to heat for 10 minutes.
5
While the pan is heating, brush the cut side of the bagels with 1 Tbsp of the melted butter.
6
Place the bagel halves buttered-side down on the grill grates and toast, about two minutes, until brown. Turn the bagels. Place a slice of cheese on the 2 bottom halves of bagel slices.

Add the remaining tablespoon of butter into the cast iron pan. Add the eggs, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and cook to your desired doneness, flipping after a minute if desired.
9
To build the sandwiches, place three slices of bacon on top of the cheese-covered bagel slices, then carefully place two eggs on top of the bacon.
10
Top with the remaining toasted bagel slice. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
