1 Pound | applewood smoked bacon slices, cooked |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Spread a little bit of mayonnaise on each piece of bread.

Place 1 piece of cheddar cheese on bread slice then top with a couple slices of bacon. Add another slice of cheese then top with the other piece of bread. Spread softened butter on the exterior of the top piece of bread.

When the grill is hot, place the grilled cheese directly on a cleaned, oiled grill grate buttered side down. Spread softened butter on the exterior of the top slice.

Cook the grilled cheese on the first side for 5 to 7 minutes until grill marks develop and the cheese has begun to melt. Flip the sandwich and repeat on the other side.

Remove from the grill when the cheese is melted and the exterior is lightly toasted. Enjoy!
