Trim any excess fat and silverskin from the pork tenderloin. Season the entire pork tenderloin with Traeger Big Game Rub and let rest for 30 minutes.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke setting. Once it reaches temperature, put the pork tenderloins on the grate and smoke for 45 minutes.

Remove tenderloins from grill and set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Once the Traeger reaches High temperature, grill each side of the pork tenderloin for 90 seconds or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Before pulling off the grill, brush meat with Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce. Let rest in a pan or on a cutting board for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
