We added some Asian flair to the popular 3-2-1 method. These ribs have great flavor that pack a punch of heat.

3 Large | Spare Ribs, Membrane Removed |
3 Tablespoon | yellow mustard |
1 Tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 Cup | honey |
1 1/2 Cup | brown sugar |
As Needed | Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub |
13 Fluid Ounce | Traeger Mandarin Glaze |
1 Teaspoon | sesame oil |
1 Teaspoon | soy sauce |
1 Teaspoon | garlic powder |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Rub both sides of the ribs with the Worcestershire sauce and mustard mixture. Place on grill and smoke for 3 hours.

Step 3
Place ribs in aluminum foil pan. Pour honey over the ribs and sprinkle with brown sugar and Traeger Pork & Poultry rub. Pour Dr. Pepper over the ribs.

Step 4
Cover with foil and turn up grill to 275℉; cook ribs for 2 hours.

Step 5
Remove ribs from foil pan and turn grill to high. Mix Mandarin Glaze, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Brush on ribs and place ribs meat side down on the Traeger for another 8-10 minutes.
