Our classes offer a little something for everyone no matter your skill level. Learn the philosophies, techniques, and tools needed to master a variety of wood-fired foods. From culinary to BBQ and fan favorites, our menus will teach you the finer points of outdoor cooking.
April 24th 5 – 9pm | Decatur, GA
Pulled pork is the main event, but reverse seared ribeye with garlic compound butter, St. Louis spare ribs, smoked chicken wings, and smoked lemonade are all on the menu for cooking and sampling.
April 25th 5 – 9pm | Decatur, GA
Cook up a menu of beef brisket, reverse seared ribeye with garlic compound butter, vodka brined smoked salmon, spatchcock chicken, and smoked lemonade.
May 30th | Traeger HQ | Salt Lake City, UT
Matt Pittman walks you through Texas BBQ classics with brisket as the main event, followed up by wood-fired beef ribs and Texas Twinkies.
June 27th | Traeger HQ | Salt Lake City, UT
This shop class features a menu of flavorful wood-fired foods like grilled oysters, Huli Huli chicken wings, wedge salad, and reverse-seared steak frites with whiskey peppercorn sauce.

The Queen of BBQ guides you through a menu of cherry chipotle beef ribs, Texas Spicy pork steaks, spatchcock herb chicken, Mexican street corn, and cherry chocolate cobbler.
