When you tired of chicken, reach for beef--Give it a tangy teriyaki infusion & a sweet smoke over wood for a delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy.

2 Pound | Top Round Steak, boneless, cut into 1/4" slices |
3/4 Cup | light brown sugar |
1/2 Cup | soy sauce |
1/4 Cup | Pineapple Juice (optional) |
1/4 Cup | water |
1/8 Cup | vegetable oil |
1 Clove | garlic, finely chopped |
Step 1
Slice the beef into 1-1/2 - 2” wide strips.
2 Pound Top Round Steak, boneless, cut into 1/4" slices
Step 2
Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic together.
3/4 Cup light brown sugar
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice (optional)
1/4 Cup water
1/8 Cup vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
Step 3
Pour the marinade into a large zip-top bag and drop beef slices into the mixture. Marinate beef in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Step 4
Remove beef from the marinade, shaking to remove any excess liquid. Discard marinade. Thread beef slices in a zig-zag onto the skewers.
Step 5
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cook skewers on preheated grill until the beef is cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Enjoy!
