2 PoundTop Round Steak, boneless, cut into 1/4" slices
3/4 Cuplight brown sugar
1/2 Cupsoy sauce
1/4 CupPineapple Juice (optional)
1/4 Cupwater
1/8 Cupvegetable oil
1 Clovegarlic, finely chopped

Step

  • Step 1

    Slice the beef into 1-1/2 - 2” wide strips.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Pound Top Round Steak, boneless, cut into 1/4" slices

  • Step 2

    Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic together.

    • 3/4 Cup light brown sugar

    • 1/2 Cup soy sauce

    • 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice (optional)

    • 1/4 Cup water

    • 1/8 Cup vegetable oil

    • 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped

  • Step 3

    Pour the marinade into a large zip-top bag and drop beef slices into the mixture. Marinate beef in refrigerator for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove beef from the marinade, shaking to remove any excess liquid. Discard marinade. Thread beef slices in a zig-zag onto the skewers.

  • Step 5

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Cook skewers on preheated grill until the beef is cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Enjoy!
