This cocktail is simple and simply good. Champagne meets smoked simple syrup for a Guinness pour-over to create a smokin' rich sip.

3 Ounce | extra brut Champagne |
1/4 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
3 Ounce | Guinness Extra Stout |
Step 1
Pour the well-chilled champagne and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup into a chilled flute.
3 Ounce extra brut Champagne
1/4 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
Step 2
Carefully layer the Guinness on top of the champagne by pouring it over the black of a bar spoon. No garnish. Enjoy!
