Smoke roasted olives aren't just for the Greeks. This recipe had a fresh, spicy sauce that will make green or black olives sing with flavor.

2 Cup | mixed olives |
3 Sprig | fresh rosemary |
2 Clove | garlic, minced |
2 Tablespoon | orange zest |
1/3 Cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
2 Tablespoon | orange juice |
1/2 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
Step 1
Combine the olives, rosemary, garlic, orange zest, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and orange juice in a glass oven-safe pie plate or baking dish. Cover with foil.

1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoon orange juice
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
Step 2
When ready to cook, set temperature to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Roast the olives for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve warm in an attractive bowl. Enjoy!
