If smoke, spice and a cerveza sounds nice, take a sip of this refreshing recipe. Mexican lager beer mixed with smoked hot sauce poured into a sal de gusano salt rimmed glass and finished with a lime wedge.

mL | Valentina Hot Sauce |
1/2 Teaspoon | Maggie Seasoning Sauce |
12 Ounce | Mexican Lager |
1 1/2 Ounce | lime juice |
Step 1
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Step 2
Combine 12 portions of hot sauce, HP Original Sauce and Maggi Seasoning in a shallow oven safe dish. Place dish directly on the grill grate and smoke for 30 minutes.
1 Teaspoon HP Original Sauce
Ounce Valentina Hot Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Maggie Seasoning Sauce
Step 3
Remove from grill and allow to chill. Combine all the ingredients in a chilled sel de gusano and salt rimmed pint glass filled with ice.
