Your guests will go wild over this sweet, salty, and crispy treat, so make plenty. Leftovers are great on salads, or just eaten as a snack.

1 Pound | cold bacon |
1/2 Cup | pure maple syrup, warmed |
1/2 Cup | brown sugar, plus more as needed |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lay bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack.
1 Pound cold bacon
Step 3
Using a pastry brush, brush each strip of bacon on both sides with the warmed maple syrup, then sprinkle brown sugar evenly on both sides.

1/2 Cup brown sugar, plus more as needed
Step 4
Put the baking sheet in the grill and cook bacon for 60-75 minutes, or until bacon browns and appears to be crisping.
