No spinning of wheels here, our Italian Beef Pinwheels are ready to roll. Spinach, Havarti and provolone cheese as well as sun dried tomatoes are rolled inside skirt steak and then roasted for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

As Needed | Traeger Prime Rib Rub |
2 Cup | Spinach, fresh |
4 Slices | Havarti Cheese |
4 Slices | provolone cheese |
1 Cup | Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained & minced |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Season skirt steak generously with Traeger Prime Rib Rub. Lay your skirt steak flat and add your layer of spinach. Depending the size of the steak you can add the full 2 cups. Then add a layer of cheese and lastly the sun-dried tomatoes.

Tightly roll the meat up and insert toothpicks to hold it together.

Place meat roll directly on the grill grates and cook for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve with a large helping of mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
