6 Tablespoon | butter, softened |
1 Teaspoon | chile powder |
1 Teaspoon | toasted sesame seeds |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Place green onions directly on the grill grate and cook 15 minutes until lightly charred. Remove from grill and set aside.

Sesame-Chile Butter: Take butter out of fridge and let soften. Chop up charred green onions and add to butter along with chile powder and sesame seeds. Mash all ingredients together.

Grill corn, rotating occasionally, until husks are blackened (some will flake and fall off) and kernels are tender with some browned and charred spots, about 25 to 35 minutes.
