Super simple meets full of flavor. Start with a salmon fillet, brush with Italian dressing and sprinkle on Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub. That’s it. Grill fish for 20-30 minutes and you’re set for a hearty meal.

Step

  • Step 1

    Brush salmon with Italian dressing and season with Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub.

    Ingredients
    • 1  salmon fillets

    • As Needed zesty Italian dressing

    • As Needed Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

  • Step 2

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    325 ˚F / 163 ˚C

  • Step 3

    Place salmon on the grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ and flakes easily. Remove salmon from grill. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
