Don't be fooled by the name, smoked pineapple and orange juice, mixed with two types of rum make this cocktail as lively as they come.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke.

Smoked Orange and Pineapple Juice: Pour equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice into a shallow sheet pan and smoke for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Add dark and light rums, 3 oz smoked orange and pineapple juice, the lime juice and Traeger Simple Syrup to a mixing glass.

Add ice, shake and strain over clean ice in a Tikki glass.

Garnish with a grilled orange, pineapple and cherry skewer. Enjoy!
