Boar and venison meet for a burger you can't beat. Nicky USA ground venison and wild boar grilled and topped with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions and special sauce.

To Taste | salt and pepper |
2 Tablespoon | mayonnaise |
1 Tablespoon | ketchup |
2 Teaspoon | sweet pickle relish |
1/2 Teaspoon | sugar |
1/2 Teaspoon | white vinegar |
1 | white onion, sliced |
4 | buns |
4 Pieces | American cheese |
4 Pieces | lettuce |
1 | Tomatoes, sliced |

Place boar and venison in a mixing bowl and combine being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form meat mixture into four 1/3 lb patties and sprinkle both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Arrange patties on grill grate and cook, flipping once until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached, or to your desired doneness.

The last 5 minutes of cooking, place the sliced onion on the grill. The last minute of cooking place the cheese on the burgers and the buns on the grill if desired.

Remove everything from the grill and build burgers with sauce on bun, burger patty, tomato, lettuce and grilled onions. Enjoy!
