Make your margaritas the wood-fired way. Grilled limes and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup pack a smokin' punch with this classic tequila cocktail.

1 1/2 Ounce | blanco tequila |
1/4 Ounce | lime juice |
1/4 Ounce | lemon juice |
2 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Toss the lime slices with granulated sugar and place directly on the grill grate. Grill for 15-20 minutes until grill marks develop.

For the Cocktail: Combine Blanco tequila, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to blend the flavors.

Strain over clean ice and garnish with grilled lime wheel. Enjoy!
